Agent runtime and connected-chat upgrades
This release updated Legacy Cloud Agents with newer OpenClaw and Hermes runtimes and more reliable chat connections.- New and existing Cloud Agents moved to OpenClaw 2026.5.19-beta.2 and Hermes 0.14.0 through the release’s upgrade flow.
- Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, and iMessage connections were carried through the Agent upgrade more reliably.
- Existing chat connections and custom bot settings were preserved more carefully.
- Messaging and tool integrations loaded more consistently on new and upgraded Agents.
OpenClaw and Instant Connect updates
- Legacy Cloud Agents moved to OpenClaw 2026.5.7.
- Agent pages showed connected Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, and iMessage chats.
- Users could disconnect a chat when they no longer wanted the Agent to reply there.
- Pairing instructions became specific to each supported messaging service, and Discord showed the connected Channel.
Hermes added as an Agent software choice
- The dashboard added Hermes alongside OpenClaw as an Agent software option for Cloud Agents.
- Channel setup brought the available messaging choices into one view.
- The product site added a clearer comparison of the Agent software choices.
Agent profiles and management tools
- Agent Portraits added a public Agent profile with a shareable link.
- Cloud Agents gained a Console for working with the Agent’s terminal, files, and logs.
- The dashboard added a place to browse Connectors and connect supported tools.
- Messaging Channels could be assigned to individual Agents.
- Reliability improved for long-running file operations.
Skills, data services, and interface fixes
- Newly created Cloud Agents included the Clawdi plugin without a separate setup step.
- The release added Skills for searching news, browsing X posts, and checking Polymarket data.
- Wide Markdown tables became scrollable instead of overflowing the chat view.
- The Discord setup guide link was corrected.
More reliable Cloud Agents
- Cloud Agents recovered more reliably after service restarts.
- Start, stop, restart, and delete actions behaved more consistently in the dashboard.

More control over messaging bots

- Clawdi added Composio-backed MCP workflows.
- The dashboard showed the connection details and token needed for a user’s MCP setup.
